Guillermo Marrero
Founder/Shareholder
Mr. Marrero was born in Havana, Cuba, on November 28, 1956. He received his undergraduate degree in political science, public service, and Spanish in 1978 from the University of California at Davis, graduating magna cum laude and elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Academic fraternity.
Carolina Juarez
Ms. Juarez is a licensed Mexican Attorney, who received her law degree from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (I.T.E.S.M) in December 2001. While attending law school Ms. Juarez worked at various law firms in Mexico focusing on real estate and transactional work. Ms. Juarez is bilingual and bicultural.
Michelle Mitchell
Michelle Mitchell is a litigation attorney who has been in practice since 2002. Over the past six years, Ms. Mitchell has taken and defended over 100 depositions, participated in approximately 20 mediations and numerous trial and arbitral proceedings. Ms. Mitchell’s trial experience includes matters where she has served as lead counsel as well as numerous cases where she has second chaired trials in both State and Federal Court with some of San Diego’s most respected trial lawyers. In each of these matters she played a significant role in the discovery, trial preparation and trial. Ms. Mitchell has participated in all aspects of trial from discovery and trial preparation to trial motions, examination of witnesses, preparation of experts and trial and post trial motions.
Kristen Kohler
Ms. Kohler is a licensed California Attorney, who was admitted to the California State Bar in 2009. Ms. Kohler received her law degree from California Western School of Law in 2009. Ms. Kohler received her undergraduate degree in English Literature in 2004 from California State University, San Bernardino, extension campus in Palm Desert, California.
Gladys Orozco
Ms. Orozco is a licensed Mexican Attorney who received her law degree with highest honors from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA) in Tijuana, Mexico. While attending law school Ms. Orozco interned at the Law Firm Bustamante, Escandon y Pareyon, S.C. where she clerked for various attorneys in the areas of corporate law, foreign investment, immigration law, and labor law. In 2006 Ms. Orozco completed the Master’s Degree in Business Legal Advise at the Pontificia Universidad de Comillas (ICADE) in Madrid Spain.
