IPG's corporate and licensing practice assists our domestic and international clients structure and implement their business objectives. We offer a broad range of corporate services for privately held companies of all sizes. We counsel and advice business organizations and their directors, officers, shareholders and members on a wide range of matters from the planning and creation of the business entity (C corporations, S corporations, Limited Liability Companies, general and limited partnerships etc.) to ongoing corporate governance issues and maintenance, compliance standards and planning.

- Counseling business owners on issues such as board composition and structure, including voting requirements, membership qualifications, nominating procedures, committee structures and duties;

IPG's licensing practice focuses on counseling our domestic and international clients on developing and protecting their intellectual property rights. This issue is particularly important in cross-border transactions, where the differences in protection of intellectual property rights varies from one country to another. We assist our clients in licensing transactions involving a wide diversity of issues.
